An inventory of all College equipment, regardless of the source of funds used to purchase the equipment, shall be maintained by the college. The inventory will include items listed as equipment in grant applications with a value of $10,000 or more for equipment purchased after 10/1/2024 and a value of $5,000 if purchased prior to 10.1/2024.
The inventory should include the following information:
- Description of item
- Serial number and/or model number
- Brand or manufacturer’s number
- Purchase price and date
- Guarantee maintenance agreement
- Vendor name
