Non-exempt employees will be paid for work time that exceeds 40 hours in one week. All overtime must be approved by the Supervisor through the electronic approval process prior to the work being performed, unless otherwise authorized by the appropriate Administrative person. Pay will be at 1.5 times regular hourly pay as per FLSA requirements.
