If an employee wishes to voluntarily resign employment, the employee will submit a written notification to their immediate supervisor for release from the contract at least two weeks before the proposed resignation. The resignation letter and subsequent action shall be placed in the employee’s personnel file.
All employees who separate from service at the College will be offered the opportunity to have an exit interview with the Human Resources Department.
