Full-time employee personnel files will contain but not be limited to the following:
- Application for employment
- Resume and official transcripts of college courses (when applicable)
- Contract (original signed by all parties)
- Position description
- Performance evaluations
- Correspondence related to disciplinary actions, change in status, change of assignment, etc.
- Termination or resignation
