All classes are required to meet for the specified hours.  If an instructor is not able to meet the class, the instructor should make arrangements for another SKC instructor to take the class.  If a substitute instructor cannot be found, the instructor must schedule a makeup session at another time during the quarter.  The Office of the Vice President of Academic Affairs should be notified in advance of class cancellations.  If advance notice is not possible notice must be given the next instruction working day.
