All graduate courses and programs will be designed to promote student development of current knowledge and competencies in the area of graduate study. Programs will be designed to promote success in graduate studies for Native Americans. Programs will particularly emphasize the provision of culturally sustaining education and will emphasize the educational needs of students working on or near reservation communities or with entities interacting with Native American communities.
