An inventory of all College equipment, regardless of the source of funds used to purchase the equipment, shall be maintained by the college. The inventory will include items with a value of $5000.00 or more or listed as equipment in grant applications. The inventory should include the following information:
- Description of item
- Serial number and/or model number
- Brand or manufacturer’s number
- Purchase price and date
- Guarantee maintenance agreement
- Vendor name
